MyBreadwinner.app is a grocery price comparison platform that helps South African shoppers compare prices across major supermarkets including Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n Pay, Woolworths, and Spar. We provide tools for building shopping lists, tracking budgets, and finding the best deals.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Pricing Information Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, prices displayed in the App are for informational purposes only. Actual prices may vary by store location and are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing information and recommend verifying prices at the point of purchase.

5. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at R49/month. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MyBreadwinner.app and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBreadwinner.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
